My Marketing Philosophy
When it's time to sell...

I think that most would agree there is no one way to do anything. Marketing real estate is no exception. The following are some components that should be included in any marketing endeavor:
- Full understanding of the product, its aspects, and the market to be targeted through advertising and promotion.
- A close working relationship with property owners giving special attention to their needs, ideas, input and expectations. This relationship is a marriage of sorts, and consequently, faith and trust in each other is imperative.
- An exceptional support system in place. We have just that in our office personnel, including our manager, transaction coordinators, secretaries and receptionists. Transactions are fraught with details that must be monitored carefully, and their help is invaluable.
- A thorough and consistent marketing plan exposing the property locally and nationwide by utilizing a variety of methods including but not limited to exposure in local newspapers, local real estate offices and greater Sacramento area real estate offices, internet exposure, pictorial magazines such as the Sierra Foothills Pictorial, Gold Country Real Estate Magazine in Auburn and Nevada County, Exclusively Yours, the Lyon Real Estate pictorial magazine, and the Equestrian Connection, a publication targeting ranch properties.
